Room had stains on the walls, damaged corners, elevators were in rough shape, pool closed, bathroom fan was so loud it could wake up residents in the next hotel. The staff however, super friendly, kind, and welcoming. Most likely because they know how badly the condition of the hotel is in.

Our stay was not very good to say the least. 2 staff members did try to apologize which we do appreciate.. but, when getting to our room everything seemed fine until there was a brown ball of something on the bed with a light brown stain. There was also a toe nail on the bed sheet. When informing front desk they sent the chamber maid up while I was out of the hotel (my fiancée and daughter were in the room) and all the lady did was LINT ROLL the bed and leave.. well, upon my arrival I made sure that they were aware of how I had asked them to replace the sheets and instead what the chamfer maid did. They sent her back a 2nd time, boy oh boy was she ever disrespectful and rude towards us with our 7 year old right there. The entire time she was in the room nothing but rude stuff coming out of her mouth AND THEN!!! AND THENNNNNN, once I had enough and asked her why she was being extremely disrespectful towards us and especially with our daughter right there, she has the nerve to tell us that people are rude in that hotel. We were confused as we were not rude in the slightest to ANYONE in that hotel. She proceeds to tell us that 2 rooms people smoked in them… ok? WHAT does that have to do with us? As she was leaving my fiancée politely said thank you for coming back to change the sheets out, she rolls her eyes and walks out. I stay in hotels a heck of a lot and have never been spoken to that way by any staff members, especially the chamber maids. Will not return there.

I liked the location and the proximity of good food locations within a few minutes walk. They also have a nice pool with a waterslide and a good breakfast for free. The downside was that nice pool was closed, the ice machine was broken, the vending machine selection was a joke. Signs everywhere you look "saying this (thing) is out of order", also, the fire alarm was going off for an hour after midnight.

I chose this hotel because it was less expensive, and had a pool with a water slide. There were lots of little things, such a poor and unfinished renovations, the morning we went to breakfast it was cold, small TVs with not many channels to choose from. All of this could have been overlooked if the pool wasn’t closed for maintenance and I was not notified ahead of time. I had messaged the property ahead of my trip to ask a question, but did not receive a reply, and when I called, no answer. My kid was pretty disappointed about the pool, would have been nice to know ahead of time.
