Room was quite noisy. Woke up to our neighbours baby crying one morning and them using a leaf blower the next morning. Bathroom door in our room wouldn’t latch. Staff was great and I liked the extras they had in the room like makeup wipes and pump shampoo and conditioner which I had forgotten

Place looks descent best package free bfast, the only not so good experience is I had this ripped towel, and garbage in the kitchen wasn’t stripped, twas from the previous guests.

The breakfast was atrocious. The faucet I. The bathroom sink was loose and made it difficult to regulate water temperature. Similar issue with the shower faucet and the temperature went to extremes of hot and cold with a lengthy delay. Then the temperature shifted to extremely and I was almost scalded by the hot water. No bar to hold into and had to jump out of the tub which for a 60 year old could have resulted in a serious fall. Their POS system didn’t work properly. The walls are paper thin and I was awakened several times by slamming doors nearby. The staff at the front desk was very understanding when I cancelled the rest of my planned stay. I arrived late at night for check in and left by noon. This hotel is a terrible example of hotels in Calgary. I will never stay there again.
