There was a dirty towel hanging from the shower curtain that was missed during cleaning. There are no blackout style curtains on the windows in this room so it was lit up like Christmas all night long. This room is specific to families but does not accommodate well. The bunk bed is so unsafe, wobbled and moved when the kids tried to climb into bed so much so they were not comfortable sleeping in the bunk beds. The water in the water slide was brown it was disgusting. I told the front desk my concerns on checkout then convinently didn’t not document them so they will not submit my claim for a refund of any portion of my stay after a horrible nights stay.
This is at 12am and there are no lights on in this room. This is not reasonable for anyone to sleep in let alone a child.

The first room they sent us to the floor was wet which I found out when I walked on it and got wet socks. They had washed the carpet and not advised the front desk. The second room after a few days we requested it be cleaned/serviced as there was no toilet paper and it was not cleaned/serviced. I asked again the next day and the person on the desk wrote in the book for it to be cleaned/serviced, it was missed again. On checkout I was advised they were sorry it should have been cleaned/serviced and the manger would contact me, I heard nothing from the manager.
