The one downside to this hotel is the noise! Hallway noise, noise from the lobby for rooms that face inside...so, so noisy! Otherwise, the hotel was clean, rooms are a nice large size, hotel staff friendly.

The Atrium at Delta South is a bit older than the tower, but the staff were helpful, prompt in addressing our different needs, and friendly. Room was comfortable, and I enjoyed our private floor level patio. My only criticism is that our small pool was closed Friday evening for a private event that I never saw use it. Would definitely stay here again

Noisy in the atrium side!
This hotel has 2 parts and we usually stay in the main tower. This time we were put in the atrium. It was extremely noisy early in the morning due to our room overlooking the buffet area. Consequently, we did not sleep well at all in early am hours. Better windows and insulation on this side would be needed.

My favorite part about this hotel was the complimentary breakfast in the morning with which I was able to order a bagel with salmon. That may have been the best breakfast of the trip for me. I arrived on a Saturday night, and much of the hotel lobby seemed a little noisy, but it was quiet in my room on the 8th floor. I had some great views of Calgary in the 8th floor elevator area, and a distant view of the mountains from my room. Staff was very hospitable.

The staff were so friendly and were able to quickly troubleshoot for me. The room was spacious and many amenities in walking distance. Only downside was that the beds were quite hard & there was no fitted sheet so we had to sleep on the top sheet.

Had a disappointing check in and a broken phone in room. Had to call long distance using cell phone and was transferred twice to wrong area. Last transfer was to room service and no answer. Had to physically walk down to restaurant to order. Just not the delta standard. Rooms were clean and relatively quiet with tons of teams at hotel. Attached restaurant was excellent. Just disappointed with check in and first couple of hours on arrival

The room was clean on arrival but the daily room service cleaning was terrible. Paper products not replenished, floor not vacuumed and bathroom was not wiped down.

Wonderful staff and great products. Extra towels. So clean. Comfy beds. They were so great to our basketball team that stayed here. Food was great. Would def stay again :) Thank youuu!
