I liked that not only were the rooms nice, but there were actual dishes, glasses, pots and pans in the kitchenette. The housekeeping staff cleaned my room, regardless of the time I left for the day, which was terrific. The restaurant had a great selection of food, and the prices were great. The staff was terrific and very helpful. I only wish there were bathrobes or larger towels for going to and from the pool area.

I booked a king bed room through Expedia but the room we were given contained a queen bed. I texted the front desk asking if we could switch, and they responded by calling our room phone which woke the baby… the front desk staff said that all of their rooms contain king beds… but there are options on Expedia for 2 queens, 1 queen, or 1 king, all with different prices…. The pool was way too cold to take our child swimming in, so we left to get some room service. There were no towels left at the pool. When we got to our room at 930pm, we called room service using the menu on our desk and the kitchen was already closed, despite the hours on the menu stating it was open until 10. In the morning, we were woken by a fire alarm which caused everyone to evacuate and we were immediately let back in. I went to open the blinds in the room after returning from the evacuation and they completely fell off the window and into the ground. After we were done packing up for the day, we went downstairs for breakfast and the fridge was locked so yogurt wasn’t accessible to anyone. Very strange experience - I know not all of this could’ve been fixed or changed by the hotel staff, but definitely a weird experience. We took the morning shuttle to the airport and the driver was super nice. I was also impressed with how clean the room was.

Lovely place to stay! We had a small kitchen that allowed us to make our own meals, the view from our room was beautiful as we looked over a big green space and could see downtown Calgary, the pool was refreshing and the hot tub appreciated after a long day and the staff were super friendly.

I had to stay in Calgary for a night last minute after a flight issue. I found this hotel because it had an airport shuttle. The hotel was really nice, the shuttle worked great, and it was an easy uber to the city to go out to eat and explore. Very happy with my stay!
