I stay a few times a year and always have high hopes, which are quickly dashed upon check in. Hot tub was cold outside and we were informed that someone shut it off, would take some time to heat back up and be useable. Pool was also quite uncomfortably cold inside. Room looked clean, but as we got settled there were long black hairs in shower and on bed sheets, toilet was unflushed from previous guest. Event was great, food was awesome as always. Casino was fun.
