The room was clean , bedding comfortable. Staff seemed pretty friendly. The ONLY thing was the restaurant was HORRID. My shrimp tacos i found a tail on a shrimp still and the wrap was super dry. We also ordered a burger and sent it back it was soggy and tasted terrible. The picture in the elevator looked amazing, pretty sure we got mccains 5 minute fries, awful.

The Hotel was spotless. The staff were always so polite and friendly. Teresa at the front desk was so pleasant, professional and informative. She is a true asset to your hotel! The breakfast was fresh, clean, and well-stocked with a perfect variety of choices. I will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Calagary.

I was extremely happy with my choice to stay here....the only complaint i would have is that the shuttle only runs every hour early morning....so instead of getting up at 4 i need to be up at 3 ...my flight leaves at 7 and getting the 5 am shuttle is just a little too close...so because they are only every hour i have to leave by 4...which is a little too early...but that is not really even a complaint. The staff here were amazing...the shuttle picked me up exactly on time as they said they would...and was super friendly and nice....had a cooler and offered everyone a bottle of water..which i thought was great. All in all really happy i stayed here..would definitely recommend to others...

The room , front desk and restaurant staff are nice.however, the bus driver on Jan 26 at 8pm are not friendly and rude. He wasn't so polite and patient for people not from Calgary. Sit in the bus made me feel dangerous when he turns the conner. The bus wasn't so comfortable.
