The room was paid for using Expedia dollars and I got the impression that impacted which room they assigned. We had a second night that we paid directly to the property and this resulted in a different room assignment.

Shower water was warm but not hot. The exercise room was unavailable. The towels in the pool were not stocked. Props to the woman taking care of the breakfast area because she was cleaning tables and refilling coffee as needed, and she was very pleasant.
