The staff are amazing and the most customer friendly I have ever encountered. By reference I have stayed at some of the best hotels - resorts in the world. As an example of exceptional service I valeted my car and the valet washed the car because it was incredibly dirty from winter driving from Kelowna to Calgary.

Everything about this hotel was 5 star. The rooms were large, beautiful, clean and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. The spa and restaurant were also amazing! Would stay here again.
