The room was in good condition. The modern layout was smartly done. The hallways and room felt a bit dark. Could not lift the half folding blind behind the Venetian blinds. The purple sofa should face the window for a view not be flat parallel with the bed wall. The room had no venting windows for natural air. The room air flow felt stilted until the fan was turned on but it was deafening in volume. A happy medium would be appreciated. The hotel was not full. A complimentary upgrade to a higher floor for those visiting Cagney for the first time would be welcome. The staff was courteous and helpful except for the man at the front desk who delivered a trolly to the room for exiting and ran away. Pls pay special attention to seniors.

Great downtown accommodations within walking distance of stampede park. Room was clean and well kept and staff were friendly and helpful. Construction in area made it a little tricky to access but a big deal. Would stay here again in the future.
