We had no hot water and poor water pressure. I was cold taking a “hot” shower. Very convenient to the airport but food and even a gas station to fill up the rental car were further away than one would expect. Hotel was very clean. But when you want a hot shower - you want a hot shower.

The front check in girl Ashley was great! The room she upgraded us to was excellent Thanks you. The room was very clean and had all we needed. There was confusion on my part that breakfast was included but it wasn’t. It was okay to be charged $11 each it was pretty good compared to most. But the front desk let that go because of the confusion of the Hyatt changing their policy about changing for breakfast. The stay was good.
