This queen suite exceed my expectations. High quality for an affordable price. The couch was comfortable and the bed was a soft, yet firm flat mattress. 2 large tvs with easy to watch programs.

Was a place to sleep only & was very expensive for just 1 person. Just under 300.00/night. When there are staff answering the phones or working the front desk, they should be able to converse people.

Although I specified throughout our travels we were 3 people, most rooms we found were only equipped for two.. annoying when you have to contact someone for coffee or cups.. small thing but annoying.

As a multiple repeat customer,like over 10 stays I had always been put in a quiet room, a a senior that was nice, I made this reservation many days ahead and when found I was put in a ground floor facing noisy hwy and bright outside lights, I asked for a quiter room but I was told that I couldn't get one, now really considering Not staying there, last time I was there I spent over $500 for 2 nights because of baseball games were on, Best Western is cheaper with better breakfast and a pool
