Staff were courteous. Noisy guest in room above with heavy steps and water flushing noise in the middle of the night. Not very soundproof. Hair from previous guest stuck to the walls of the shower stall. Felt like tub wasn’t cleaned properly.

Very clean rooms. The lobby at night scared me a bit :-), but overall great experience. We checkedin at 8 pm and requested a late check out, but never availed it and beleived checked out at 10AM. Very friendly staff.

I have stayed here often and this is the first time the room had such a strong smell of a room deodorizer that it made my eyes water. Tried a few rooms until one was found that wasn't so strong. I just get concerned that they're using room deodorizer to hide something unpleasant. Rooms are generally clean, bathroom a little to be desired.

I had a room with 2 queen beds. One bed was lumpy so I switched to the other which was better. There were no blackout curtains, so it was quite bright from the street lights outside. The tub drain was clogged, so when you shower you are standing in a lot of water. The breakfast was not good. I ate around 9:30, so the hash browns and eggs were awful. Would not stay here again.
