Hassle and not relaxation.

First off, let me tell you after taking a damage deposit the warning about not staining the sheets was given. The room was dirty. I complained about the fridge not working, and was told to get away and the front desk agent went as if to call the police. Ridiculous. There was no hot water in the morning.

I have been waiting for about 2hrs to open the door they gave me 4or5 card to open the door but all of them faulty and then I feel unsecured.the logo name is in small hard to find because it covered by an other big logo which is Ramada.the staff is not respecting customer and not cooperative. I couldn’t get freedom to go out for dinner with my family because when he opened me the door he warned me that he will not open the door for me again.He don’t care about me.

DISGUSTING PLACE

Absolute worst service I have ever received, and by far the dirtiest rooms!! Front desk staff was extremely rude and out right lied to us multiple times! Rooms are disgustingly dirty, unkept, and moldy and stunk like smoke! One of our rooms even had soft spots in the floors and holes in the walls. The walls has drip marks all over, possibly a cleaner that was never wiped...?? We asked for another room but then felt it would be the same, the sheets were clean and we were tired so we stayed. We asked for extra towels as they only had 2 towels in a room for 4 people, 1 facecloth and 1 hand towel. He brought 3 "pool" towels and they also stunk like smoke! We asked for extra pillows as the ones in the room were VERY flat and no fluff to them, he said he could not provide any extra pillows!! The check in took over 1/2 hour and only left us with 15 minutes, but then noticed the hot tub was closed anyways! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone, and will for sure NEVER stay here again!!

I always read the reviews before booking but didnt for this one. Upon arrival things seemed ok for the most part, we got 2 rooms since there was 7 of us. First room smelled like cigarette smoke and was very run down, second room had a smell to it. We switched the first room and was given a key to a room that was already occupied, next room was ok the smell was alot better. I didnt switch my room cause i didnt want to cause front deek staff to get annoyed with me. There wasnt enough towels in my room for me and my kids. The morning front desk worker was super nice to deal with and apologized for the evening staff as he was a new hire. The pool was ok but no pool towels and the hot tub was out of order

The staff was completely unfriendly and rude, the room was relatively clean but the bathroom was terrible the toilet couldn’t even flush properly and the shower was the worst part of this room easily with a temperature gauge that was the opposite of correct where the cold side was boiling hot and the hot side was freezing cold and when we attempted to turn off the shower it continued to drip or run small amounts of water nonstop acting as a constant annoyance in the room that we couldn’t stop. The amount of soap provided wasn’t even enough to wash one persons hair. And the photos of the outside of the building on the website are actually photos of a hotel next to this one where this hotel is much less appealing from the outside.

We were shocked when we entered our room. The bathroom was dirty and had garbage left behind. There were some disgusting yellow stains on the toilet and inside the tub. The room was in urgent need of renovation—one of the doors was half-rotten, and only one of the three lights was working. There was also a strong, unpleasant smell throughout the room. We immediately complained and requested cleaning service. They told us someone would come within five minutes, but no one showed up for over 30 minutes. We had to call again, and finally, after about 40 minutes, someone arrived to clean. Unfortunately, the yellow stains on the toilet and tub remained. We were told they couldn’t be removed because they were permanent damage to the building. I’m honestly surprised that Expedia lists this hotel on their site. We had to leave early becasue of these terible conditions and they didnt agree to do refund for us. They even didnt answer to Expedia support team, as they told us after our following up.
