Cheap and cheerful. Had an issue with the coffee machine that was resolved in a reasonable amount of time. Most desk staff were friendly but one individual seemed less helpful when I had trouble with the lobby printer. Good size suites. Really appreciated the kitchen and air conditioner units in both rooms.

The rooms was not cleaned thoroughly. There were sticky residue on the kitchen counter. I had to disinfect the room with wipes. Also the dishwasher was broken and they couldn’t provide a scrub sponge to do the dishes… a slipper provided was used, noted for us to feel like home…. I wouldn’t trust that. At AC in the lounging/dining area was not circulating properly to the rooms. If was quiet hot during this summer.

The employees were fantastic and the room was clean. Good stay, but be warned: double check the info on parking and breakfast. Both are provided, but at an additional cost. It’s technically listed but you have to do a bit of digging to find that info. We also had a fire alarm go off at 1am in the pouring rain. The employee that helped us evacuate was excellent, but they never came to check on the people standing in the back of the hotel (us) until I walked in the rain to find that everyone out front had been let in. We appreciate it was a hectic moment but that stunk. Overall impression: Very friendly staff, nice rooms, below average experience.
