It was just too far from the airport to be called airport hotel. What you save on room costs you spend on taxis to get there. There is no shuttle from the airport. Once there all okay but expect to pay $25 for early check in and $25 for late check out too

The bathtub tap was not able to turn almost came out of the bathtub. The tv wouldn’t turn off with the remote and the microwave was stuck on 11secs which couldn’t cancel.Need to update and fix things.

Tub leaked hugely into room. We called front desk for help and spoke to someone. They never came. Staff we spoke with at checkout offered zero solutions or compensation. They should not rent that room out at any price. Friendly people. Poor customer service.

Terrible place to stay. Poor maintenance on appliances. The air conditioning and heating system had no way to adjust the settings and was very noisy, so I had to disconnect it. A couple of red flies appeared out of nowhere (I killed at least three). The bathroom fan was also noisy, and the cleaning in the bathroom was poor. The whole room was outdated, and the walls looked yellow instead of white or cream. It did not look like the pictures at all — completely scam. The room was advertised as soundproof, but I could hear people talking clearly in their rooms from the hallway. I couldn’t sleep because there was constant noise, knocking, and even people hitting the doors. I eventually had to yell for quiet just to get some rest. This place urgently needs renovation and better maintenance. The only positive thing was that the sheets, pillowcases, and towels looked clean. Everything else was unacceptable. I stayed in Room 208 (double queen) for one night on October 25, 2025. Never again.
