β—‹ If items are left behind after a stay the Guest will need to arrange with the Host to collect them within 14-days of the Guests checkout date. If shipping is required a fee of $50 plus postage will be charged prior to the items being shipped

β—‹ Electrical breaker is last resort. Do not try to fix or troubleshoot any issues with plumbing, appliances or electrical. Do not touch unless instructed otherwise.

β—‹ Host does not offer compensation for unforeseeable inconveniences (e.g., maintenance, fire alarms, or amenity restrictions). If notified in advance of significant disruptions, the host will inform guests and only accept bookings with their approval. Full refunds will be provided if unit is unusable.

This was a perfect getaway in a brand new, quiet neighbourhood in north west Calgary. It is a spacious, clean home with lots of room for several guests. Communication with the owner was excellent. Had an awesome time at this VRBO rental! The place was super clean and comfy, with a cool mix of modern and cozy vibes. The house was perfect for our family of six, grand daughter, son, daughter in law and son in law. Lots of space to be together and also apart. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to make lots of great meals. The beds were also very comfortable. We would stay again.

Beautiful home.

We really enjoyed our time. It had lots of space for our family of 6 and the home was beautiful and in a very nice area of the city. Unfortunately we stayed here during a heat wave and the property doesn’t have air conditioning. It is also next to a fairly busy highway so we couldn’t have the windows open at night which made for very hot sleeping. But we loved the two separate seating areas to watch tv and the views out the main windows was very nice. If the balconies had furniture and a bbq and the kitchen had a few more untesils and there was air conditioning it could be a 5 star property.
