People were nice. The beds were terrible and why did they go with double beds and not queens like they had before. The property looked old . I stay at a lot of Sandmans and not my best stay.

Beds are so soft you fall into the middle . I have pictures cracked toilet , things were just old. Pool was out of order. Man at the desk this morning told me I looked sleepy. Totally not professional.

We booked this hotel with the knowledge it had a functional pool, to our disappointment, it was under renovation when we arrived. This is fine as I understand renovations are important, but that should be advertised on all platforms relative to the site. We check in and get to our room, the shower makes an obnoxiously loud rattling sound that can be heard not only throughout the room, but in the hallway as well. We had just landed and I just wanted to enjoy a nice shower after a day of travel, but I felt the need to rush as it was late and people were sleeping. The next morning we leave our room only to find out our door doesn’t close correctly and we had to literally slam it (sometimes more than once) in order for it to lock. Thankfully we double checked the door to ensure it was secure. This is unacceptable to us, and to fellow visitors trying to have some peace and quiet. Furthermore, Monday-Friday we were awoken by very loud noises coming from (presumably) the pool construction which was so loud and grating I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Not to mention the cleaning service - they were so kind to “offer” us two cleans in our seven day stay, but they had to be booked in advance, and couldn’t be on certain days. Overall, I am very disappointed with this property and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Very expensive for a hotel under renovations. The staff were great and I felt sorry for what they have to deal with but seriously $400 for one night and zero offered amenities available. Plus if you have no free breakfast for the customers maybe a discount at the attached restaurant. And finally for being in a renovated room the work was poorly done. All the doors were painted with a heavy coat leaving them nearly impossible to close then open and the mattresses were definitely not part of any upgrade. We did appreciate the staff, they handles themselves with professionalism but we wouldn’t visit this hotel agains.

I love the layout and cleanliness of the room. I was extremely disappointed that they were under renovations in the pool area and we didn’t know when we made the reservation, otherwise we would have chosen a different hotel. we were looking forward to the hot tub and pool.

The family suite had very bad air citculation. The air conditioner was only in the Master bedroom and the cold air did not reach the other sleeping area so half the space was cold and half hot. Also only the Master bedroom has a window so it was very dreary in half the space.
