Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. Please respect the neighbours and the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.
2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 4 people.
3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. Although pets are permitted on the property we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest`s name on the reservation.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
6. Hot tub use should be restricted to 30 minutes and avoided by anyone who may be pregnant. After each use, it is the guest’s responsibility to add 1 cap of boost granules (chlorine granules) into the middle of the hot tub while the jets are turned on for 20 minutes. Please leave the lid open for 45 minutes and remember to close the lid to avoid turning it into a cold plunge! We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours following the chlorine cycle. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more than 1 site visit for maintenance and/or a full drain and refill, there will be an additional charge of $400.00.
7. Please note that the hot tub, sauna & cold plunge cannot be used later than 11 PM, in respect of our lovely neighbours.

Perfect for our stay
The house was everything we needed it to be and can't beat the price! Access to the spa amenities in the backyard was so nice. Communication with the property management company was super easy and they were always quick to respond. The owner was staying upstairs and was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place / hard bed
This was a great place to stay. Close enough to Banff to drive back and forth. Didn’t feel like a basement. Only issue we had was the hard bed and squeaky doors. I found no email address to communicate with property manager without creating another login account. Received communication via no reply emails.
