The host was very responsive and we appreciated that. The beds were comfortable and the host left a closet full of towels and bedding which was very nice to have. My reason for the lower rating is due to a very sparse stocking of the kitchen - no wine glasses and overall just scarcity. Also - there is no air conditioning and it was quite hot during our stay. The last item is that there is no mention of a full on construction project taking place in the backyard. I think guests should be aware of this prior to booking in case this would make them change their choice. Once the addition is complete I’m sure it will be wonderful but during construction it’s something that should be noted.

This house could use a good cleaning. The dead plant could be removed. We had to wash the dishes and cutlery before using, the cutlery tray was dirty and moldy. The stove was extremely dirty range hood was greasy as well. The shower attachment in the master bedroom had a leak, also the shower door in the master bedroom shower had no latch. In one bedroom 3 out of 4 light bulbs needed replacing. The garage and driveway wasn’t available when checking in even though they were listed for use. However the host allowed us to check in early which was appreciated. The linens were very clean which was appreciated. The house was convenient for us and good location. Coffee was also supplied and appreciated.
