Perfect oasis to relax and unwind, Foothills County living at its finest. Situated in a gated community, the home sits on a very quiet and private 2 acre lot, fully fenced for young children and well behaved pets.
The house is perfect for entertaining with a gas range, chef's kitchen, large farmhouse dining table, outdoor dining table and extra seating areas. The wrap around covered porch is perfect for all seasons, including a wood burning fireplace!
The homes thoughtful layout easily accommodates a single person or couple with an open concept upstairs with primary bedroom, laundry, and office off the main living space. For larger groups the downstairs opens to a welcoming entertainment area, two large bedrooms, full bath and air conditioned gym, including a peloton bike, treadmill and free weights.
Above the garage a bright and comfortable bedroom suite with kitchenette, and full bath allow for privacy or for those needing an extra quiet space.
After a day of skiing, hiking or just cause, take advantage of the hot tub on the covered lower deck while taking in all of the nature around you.

Favourite activities in the area that are not to be missed include horseback riding at Moose Mountain Adventures, and chartered fly fishing excursions with amazing pro anglers. For trails and hiking Kananaskis, Maclean Creek trail is a short drive away as is Brown-Lowry Provincial Park.

The home is a short, scenic drive to the towns of Millarville, Bragg Creek, Diamond Valley and Okotoks.

Beautiful home and property in the foothills near Bragg Creek. Great place to relax in the peace and quiet. The drive is a picturesque display of the rolling hills. Excellent amenties and thoughtful supplies so you can truly relax. We enjoyed the hot tub with the view of the valley. This house has luxury throughout.
