Staff was so pleasant right from the time we walked in the door. I had a special request which they did the best to help me out with and when I had a small problem they had someone to assist me right away. Hotel lobby, and rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was in a dining room setup, super good and lots of it. Within walking distance to lots of different types of restaurants and Chinook Center mall. The only negative thing was that even though we turned the heat way down it was still super hot in the room, We travel to Calgary for business and will definitely stay there again.
