A lovely apartment in the heart of Calheta. A 2 bedroom apartment wth 2 bathrooms, spacious open area to the lounge, dinning and kitchen. A private laundry room and a big wrap around verander that looks over Calheta to the ocean.
This apartment is in the centre of Calheta called Laranjeiras. A 20 minute walk down to the beach or a 5 minute drive. There you will find the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment is near shops and some local restaurants. The bus passes near the apartment so can use this to transfort, though Calheta does not have buses passing often. The house is located on the street that then goes up to the well known 25 Fountanis and levadas in the mountains.

Logement parfait même si un peu bruyant dehors.
La description et les photos sont à l’image de la réalité. Bel espace
de vie, tant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur (même si c’est assez venteux et un peu plus frais qu’en bas).
Toutefois, attendez-vous au bruit de la circulation les jours de semaine.
Voiture obligatoire: Les transports en commun sont très limités et ne permettent pas de se rendre à la plage de Calheta.
Celle-ci est à 40 minutes de marche. Pour remonter, c’est plus exigeant physiquement (pour info, le taxi coûte 8-10 e).
