Casa Oliva-Vista Mar2: Designer apartment garden level, top location, heated pool

Casa Oliva faces southwest and is perched on a terrace overlooking the sea. The modern villa is located approximately 100 metres above the small town centre.

The villa features two adjacent holiday apartments on the garden level—

Vista Mar 1 and Vista Mar 2—that offer an exceptionally high level of comfort.

Vista Mar 2, described here, has an area of approximately 50 m². It features a bedroom with a king-size bed (2 blankets), a wardrobe, and a large window overlooking the garden, offering a view of the Atlantic Ocean through the flowers.

The spacious living-dining room is furnished with a large sofa that converts into a bed. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a microwave.

The dining table seats up to 4 people. The large patio door, which also serves as the entrance to the apartment, creates the impression of living in a garden overlooking the ocean.

From the patio in front of the apartment, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the flower-filled garden with tropical plants and the Atlantic Ocean.

You can enjoy the magnificent sunsets from the terrace, as well as from the various seating areas in the pool area.

Once the evening sun has sunk into the sea and the panorama of Arco Bay has given way to darkness, the Panorama apartment and the outdoor area are warmly illuminated by various light sources.

The town’s lights and the beautifully illuminated church tower also cast a warm glow upward.

The large pool area is shared by the Vista Mar 1 and 2 apartments and the spacious Panorama apartment on the upper floor of Casa Oliva.
