Mixed Feelings - Appartment superficially nice, but not 200SQM, Upper bathroom smelly all the time

Apartment superficially seems nice. Good kitchen - grill available. However: Definately not 200SQm. Upper bathroom smelly all the time because of drain, Sink could not be used because water was not flowing down. Porch: 10-20 flies at all times outside (still standing water in drain directly next to porch) - could not relax outside. Cushions were missing, after I asked they were in the sleeping room. Bathroom (downstairs): one of the windows could not be closed. Kitchen: Ants are welcomed guests in the kitchen. Summarizing undortuantely not as nice as expected.

C'est un peu juste en vaisselle, pas d'essoreuse à salade, pas de cafetière ordinaire, pas de serpillière, 1 torchon vaisselle (un peu juste) chambre du bas, manque prise à côté du lit et la fenêtre ne ferme pas . Problème egalement avec la porte d'entrée .Et surtout l'emplacement pour la voiture à revoir.Sinon pas mal. Laisser la taxe séjour en espèces sur la table, un peu léger ...

Modernes Haus in guter Lage

Das Haus liegt hoch genug, um Mückenfrei zu sein. Da man in Madeira ohne Leihwagen ohnehin nicht so einfach etwas unternehmen kann ist die Höhe (ca. 600m) kein Problem, sofern der Leihwagen ausreichend PS hat wegen der steilen Straße. Das Haus ist modern und gut ausgestattet. Lediglich ein Geschirrspüler fehlt. Calheta ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen auf der gesamten Insel. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bestehen ausreichend in der Nähe. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Für 4 Leute perfekt mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern. Gerne wieder!

Das Haus ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und groß. Schnelle Antwort auf Fragen. Sehr ruhig da außerhalb der Touristen-Zentren, Anfahrt kurvig und steil, aber für Madeira normal.

Une maison bien aménagée et espaces agréables, une bonne literie et une clim. Un peu à l'écart mais des commerces à proximité. Une belle vue et possibilité de promenades, de randonnées et de baignade en mer à moins de 20 min. Bonne expérience
