Orchideenhaus

Wir waren 2 Wochen im Ferienhaus. Vorteile: ganzes Haus alleine, gute Betten und abends auch sehr ruhige Umgebung, kleine Terrasse mit Atlantikblick, eigener Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück, stabiles und schnelles WLAN, viele Radio und Fersehsender (auch in deutscher Sprache). Nachteile: Auto unbedingt erforderlich, Haus ist zumindest im Frühjahr recht kühl und wir mussten abends immer heizen. Das Heizen funktioniert aber gut, da sich im Wohnzimmer ein Kaminofen befindet.

Schöner Blick über ruhiges Tal

Eine schöne Woche im November. Balkon mit herrlichem Blick über Felder, Gärten und Häuser bis zum Meer, für zwei Personen groß genug. Bequemes Sofa, gutes Bett mit warmen Decken. Küche gut ausgestattet. Sehr sauber, hell und luftig. Gute Ausgangslage für Wanderungen im Westen der Insel. Nette Vermieterin. Wir würden es wieder mieten.

Orchideen Haus

Die Gastgeberin hat an alles gedacht. Ein sehr schönes Haus, wir haben uns 14 Tage sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt außerhalb der Touristen Zentren, man kommt von dort mit dem Pkw überall hin und hat gleichzeitig Ruhe und Einblick in das Leben der Bewohner rundherum. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Zur Haus auf Madeira für eine Woche

Wir haben uns in Silvias Wohnung sofort wohl gefühlt. Sie ist geräumig, praktisch eingerichtet, hat Stil und war super sauber. Man lebt abseits der Touristenströme und fühlt sich als Nachbarn auf Zeit unter den Bewohnen der Siedlung, die ringsum ihre Felder bearbeiten. Der Kontakt zu Silvia hat prima funktioniert. Alles sieht exakt so aus wie auf den Bildern. Der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus macht das Ankommen einfach und der Blick auf das Meer erinnert an die Ferne. Im vorderen Schlafzimmer stört bei geschlossenem Fenster auch der morgendliche Verkehr nicht. Wir haben von hier aus Wanderziele in ganz verschiedenen Teilen der Insel angesteuert und natürlich Funchal - von Silvias Haus aus alles gut erreichbar. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft sehr gern weiter.

Schöne Wohnung mit viel Platz

Eine schöne und geräumige Wohnung,einziger Wermutstropfen sind die LKWs die ab dem Morgen vorbei fahren - wer lang ausschlafen möchte wird sich daran stören, ansonsten ist man ja eh unterwegs.

A Home away from home!

The photos and the description here totally match with reality. It's a cosy small house with all amenities you wish to find in a self-catering home (fully equipped kitchen, nice bathroom, international TV channels, washing machine, W-LAN, outdoor BBQ area, etc). We absolutely felt at home there!! Silvia is a very helpful host! She gave us a very warm welcome and helped us out with any information about the area, about hiking possibilities, about restaurants, etc. Thank you again for making our vacation an unforgettable event!
