Upper & lower decks, screen porch , bring your boat tie up to the dock, big dock to enjoy the water, fishing , 2 kayak ,2 stand up board. B&B marina close by for eating. You can get on the Tennessee River by boat bass tournament fisherman welcome. White water rafting is in Polk County about 45 minutes away. Lee University in Cleveland Tn about 30 minutes away. Chattanooga Tn. Is about 45 minutes. We’re 6 miles off I75 interstate. We have wildlife, ducks, deer, bald headed eagles & fox!
