Room door didn’t lock, bathroom light didn’t work, staff was very slow to respond to requests on fixing bathroom light. The room was not thoroughly swept, as there was hair on the ground. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and no blanket. Breakfast was mediocre. We ended up leaving early and going to a different better despite not receiving a refund. Would not recommend!

Arrived at hotel got checked in and once trying to enter room. It appears at least a male and female was in our room. The front desk staff said someone was now in our reserved room and hotel was full. Told us we had to find another hotel. They gave no support seeing that this was their fault After a few back and forth the hotel staff said one was available due to no show. it was very strange especially that they checked us in and gave us room keys for our room that was occupied. It felt as though some un registered guest were given our room…next morning was told they would reimburse the room. It's been over a month and no such reimbursement

Mi experiencia no fue del todo agradable, considero que el precio que se paga por la estadía no se ve reflejado en el servicio recibido. El servicio de internet es bastante deficiente, no tienen TV por cable a pesar de que ofrecen el servicio, la atención de algunos de los empleados muy deficiente e incluso fuera de lugar… el aseo de la habitación muy superficial.. las reglas de acomodación y tarifas no se cumplen. En conclusión, le daría un 5 de 10. Tengo que resaltar que la infra estructura es moderna y los asociados de negocio en el 1 piso muy acertados..( pizzería y cervecería artesanal excelente servicio) la mayoría de empleados muy respetuosos y amables. Considero que deben pulir y ajustar algunos aspectos para darle a los huéspedes el excelente servicio que nos merecemos.
