Rachel at the front desk was awesome! Accommodating and very pleasant upon check in! Lobby, room and outside VERY clean AND all new ( just opened 10/31/25). Free breakfast, carts available for luggage. No fridge or microwave in room but one in the lobby for guest use along with plates, cups and utensils. Would stay again for sure!

Rose was fabulous! She has excellent customer service skills. The hotel is new and clean. The breakfast was good. Wish there were more options but for the price, it can’t be beat. Would definitely stay here again

Room was clean. Heat/Air conditioning not working properly. Bathroom lights on a timer and nothing posted regarding that. When informing the front desk it was stated that the timer can be turned off, but since I was a guest I wouldn’t know that. Call and asked for more toilet paper and was informed that we would have to come get it. No coffee in the room must go down to the lobby.

The staff was so helpful and accommodating my accessibility needs. My room was very tidy and clean… And thank you so much for actually installing a towel rack in the bathroom… So many hotels only have one hook on the back of the door! Parking was a breeze… I would absolutely stay here again!

My son and I stayed at Avid for two of three nights, the event we attended was stopped because of storms. The hotel is extremely clean, quiet. The staff was great. They were polite, and answered all our questions. We didn’t eat a full breakfast because we left early to get a good parking atvthe race event we arrended, but it looked good. We wished there was a far leas a smalk fridge. We will definitely stay there again. Thanks Avid.
