From the moment you arrive at the resort everything is about making your stay relaxing and memorable. All staff are friendly and focussed on customer service - we went for a swim prior to the pool bar/restaurant opening and were greeted with a member of staff making sure if there was anything we needed we could get it. Highly recommend staying here

We have had a fantastic stay at Four Seasons Napa. The room was clean and luxuriously comfortable, the staff couldn’t have been friendlier and we had a wonderful week. Auro was worthy of 3 Michelin stars, possibly the best meal we’ve ever had. Chef Garcia and his team were amazing. Highly recommended
