You’ll be staying at a bright, spacious, recently refurbished beach house, directly opposite the beach that has room for three families to stay in comfort. In less than one minute you can be sinking your toes into the stunning white sands of Callala Beach.
With a large, fully fenced child and pet friendly garden and full length verandah taking in beautiful sea views you can simply relax and sip a glass of wine and listen to the waves crash. Inside there are two spacious living areas with room for everyone to relax. As night descends sit in the garden and enjoy the best view of the milky way you’ve ever seen!
When you do come inside your only difficulty will be deciding how to relax. Maybe kick back on the couch and enjoy Netflix, listen to some tunes on the bluetooth speaker or reconnect the family over a well-contested board game. Whilst the kids watch TV in the spacious living room downstairs you can relax on the outdoor lounge whilst uploading your amazing holiday photos using the complimentary unlimited Wifi.If activities are more to your liking, grab a kayak or stand up paddleboard from the shed and hop down to the water!
When it’s finally time to hit the hay, you’ll find four bedrooms with comfortable beds, extra pillows and extra blankets if you need them. Air conditioning for summer and heaters for winter will keep you so comfortable that you won’t want to get up the next day. Great winter getaway
A weekend away with some paddling friends (& our pup) for a ski race on Jervis Bay & we couldn’t have chosen a better house to base ourselves. Plenty of space to come together, but also enjoy own time. The bbq, fire place & games in the shed had a real workout. The communication through the property agent was the best I’ve ever had & everything was as described. Thanks so much - we’ll be back!

Great location
Property is across the road from the beach. Light filled, lots of room, pet friendly and has everything you might need as a family.
Brand new bathrooms and beautiful deck overlooking the beach.
The cleaner could do a better job. Whilst the place looked very clean on surface, once you looked beyond (corners/ hard to reach places), it could have done with a bit of a more thorough clean.
Would definitely book again.

Beautiful home in a fantastic location
We (two families with 5 kids between us) had an absolutely lovely stay at this beautiful and well-equipped property. It’s directly across a quiet street from a clean, very safe, kid friendly beach which made for some perfect winter vacation days!
The house itself is tastefully decorated and well designed, providing plenty of space for parents to have an adult conversation while the children played. The kitchen was quite comprehensive - we had everything we needed to cook for the whole crew!
We only had one request of the property management team while on-site - they responded quickly and dropped off the item requested within the hour, as well as being very accommodating with our checkin and checkout plans.
Zero complaints - I would recommend this home with hestitation!

Perfect break at Peppertree
Perfect weekend break with family! Right opposite the gorgeous Callalla Beach. Had such a great time with our teenage + kids have rebooked for November. Definitely recommend staying at least 3 nights as there is so much fun to be had !😁🌺🌈

Great location; fresh renovations, very comfortable with open living areas. Excellent range of equipment for activities. Our family and dog loved staying at the property. So easy to pop down to the beach then come back and relax on the deck or in one of the other living spaces.

Beautiful house in the perfect location

Best holiday house
Loved this house and the effort that has been gone to to make it perfect. Our 4 teenagers were in heaven with the wonderful surprise that was the back shed and all it’s contents! Us adults enjoyed relaxing on the deck looking over the bay and just generally enjoying the beautiful house. We will return!

This place was incredible and we are coming back again!
We stayed here with our extended family. Three couples with children ranging from 6 months to 8 years old.
To say they have everything covered is an understatement. There was nothing extra we could have wanted or needed on the stay.
The furniture was comfortable and spacious. The bathrooms were beautiful. The place was spotless. Even when we realised the bins were full on arrival they sent someone over to empty them.
There is nothing I can fault. The view is incredible and the path to the beach is directly across the road.
The shed full of games was an added bonus.
We are already planning our next trip!

Beautiful location comfortable stay
A really lovely holiday home has everything you would need lots of extras. Lovely and relaxing, fantastic view right on the beach
Only a couple of faults…the 2 bbq’s where not clean enough to use which we had hoped to use during our stay.
The drive way gate was padlocked so unable to gain access or leave via this way so would be difficult if you chose to use the bikes, paddle boards etc (amazing to have these available) only option to get access is by a side gate.
