We had a lovely relaxing holiday. Calpe and the surrounding area is beautiful

The property is in need of some loving care. However we liked the layout and the views. The agents were excellent.

Pourrait être parfait

Trop cher pour le standing. Certes l’emplacement est parfait mais ne comptez pas sur le confort. La piscine et la vue sont les uniques points forts. Pas d’état des lieux d’arrivée donc prenez vos précautions (photos, vidéos au cas où) Le mobilier n’est pas celui des photos (les mêmes en pires) Il fait extrêmement chaud dedans (2 ventilateurs pour 4 pièces) Les parasols n’ont rien à faire autour de la piscine et auraient dû être jeter depuis un moment. 1 cassé l’autre déchiré. Il n’y a évidemment pas de table de Ping Pong. Cuisine rudimentaire. Salles de bain à rénover. C’est une première sur Abritel pour nous mais nous serons beaucoup plus regardants pour les autres fois!
