Amazing views and location
The apartment has everything you need: restaurants, shops, etc., on the doorstep, plus a secure parking space. The views are not only exceptional, but also very interesting, being close to the marina. No need to go out, you can cook in the well-equipped kitchen and eat on the balcony, drinking in the view! Also, many thanks to Maria, so helpful and friendly.

Fantastic stay on the red boulder beach!
The property is just as shown and as a corner apartment has amazing views of the rock, port, beaches, mountains and salt lake.
There is access to a small beach direct from the complex which has excellent swimming and snorkelling. There are plenty of restaurants next to/nearby with a small supermarket within 5 mins walk.
Maria Jose was there when we arrived and made the stay very easy for us. We will certainly be coming back again to stay in this apartment!

Great apartment with stunning views
Spent an extended stay at this large, 2 bed apartment in a quiet block on the first line of the beach near the port. Amazing views of the rock, beach and down to Benidorm with great sunsets. Everything was spotlessly clean, kitchen very well equipped, and everything you could want including beach umbrellas. Good wifi via 4G router. Maria, the owner, was very nice and helpful. Thanks for a great stay. Hope to return one day.

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable dans ce bel appartement spacieux, très propre, bien équipé et bien décoré .
Aucun bruit de circulation car il donne directement sur la mer.
Le parking est très appréciable
Maria José nous a très bien reçu
La vue est époustouflante sur la mer grâce aux 2 balcons.
La petite plage est idéale pour les enfants
Je recommande cet endroit. Nous n’avons qu’une seule envie, c’est d’y retourner.

Een heerlijk appartement, strand en zwembad voor de deur!! Alles is in appartement aanwezig!! De zeer ruime parkeergarage onder de flat is ideaal. Ontzettend aardige eigenaresse, spreekt vloeiend Engels. Ideaal plekje om ook met kinderen naar toe te gaan!!! Bedankt Maria voor de gezellige tijd en gastvrijheid.

Een prachtig appartement met een fabuleus mooie ligging. wát een heerlijk uitzicht, PERFECT !!!
Voor het eerst een appartement gehuurd een maand lang i.p.v. een woning. Een mooiere ligging kan niemand zich wensen, wát een prachtig uitzicht, écht tóp !! Alles is aanwezig wat je nodig hebt en het was keurig schoon. De eigenaars zijn súper vriendelijk en doen alles om het je naar de zin te maken. We hebben een heerlijke 4 weken gehad en hadden heel graag nog een paar weken er bij aan willen knopen. Het was fantastisch !!! Muchas Muchas Gracias Maria-José y su marido todos perfecto !! Appartement impeccable, et de plus , une vue magnifique sur la mer et le port, au choix plage ou piscine , en fait tout est là pour passer des vacances très agréables. Il y a à proximité une offre de restaurants pour tous les goûts . c'est un appartement qui je recommande .
