A charming holiday duplex in Calpe, Costa Blanca for 6 people, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Casanova, this beautiful duplex is located in the “Pueblo Casanova” resort in Calpe. It has a large communal swimming pool, children’s pool and playground.

Casanova has a comfortable living room with a large sofa, free wifi, satellite television, air conditioning for the hot and cold days and a table with 6 chairs. Then from the living room you reach the adjoining balcony.Where you can enjoy the view of the mountains with a glass of cava.

The duplex has a fully functional kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and a wash machine. So perfect for home-cooked meals. If you prefer a cozy bite to eat, no problem, the Pueblo Casanova resort is just 1,7 km from the center of Calpe and 1,9 km from the sea.

Casanova is spread over two floors. Both bedrooms have a double bed and wardrobes. In addition, enjoy the air conditioning during the hot summer days or cold winter days. Furthermore there is a bathroom with toilet, sink, bidet and bath/shower.

Then on the second floor you will find the third bedroom with two single beds. Also equipped with air conditioning and a built-in wardrobe. The second bathroom can be found in the hallway, which is equipped with a shower cabin, toilet and sink. From the hallway you have access to the roof terrace.

On the roof terrace you can enjoy the view of the mountains and a little sea view. But also during the sunny days you can enjoy the sun here or enjoy a barbecue together.

In addition, there are two free private parking spaces in the “Casanova” resort that you can use.

Bij aankomst was er geen warm water en ook geen waterdruk, oorzaak veel filters verstop met kalk. Moeite met het dichtdoen van de woonkamer gordijnen, oorzaak gordijnrail half uit de muur. Het raam in woonkamer waaide eruit dit is half opgelost bij veel wind klapperde het raam nog steeds. Keuken is verouderd. Dekbedden zijn veels te groot. Bank is verouderd. Kortom er is veel mis en is toe aan een opknapbeurt. Huurprijs was daarom ook te hoog.Het appartement is aan een opknapbeurt nodig.
