Oct stay Calpe
Lovely early Autumn break in our favourite town. Great location and large appt. Loved the view and size of rooms. Missed any sunbeds for pool area, and even though balcony futniture was good quality. Not ideal for 2 people to capture what was a great balcony and sun trap allday. Would stay again but needs some areas spruced up and maybe some folding sun loungers.

Gute Lage
Die Wohnung ist in der Stadt gelegen und 2 Min zu Fuß vom Strand. Man hat einen guten Ausblick auf das Meer. Die Wohnung ist groß, hell, sauber und passend eingerichtetLeider sind um das Haus viele andere Häuser und man hat nur vom Wohnzimmer Blick auf das Meer. Dauerhaft Baulärm. Der Pool wurde ohne Inkenntnisssetzung renoviert und war mehr als die Hälfte nicht nutzbar. Außerdem wurde nicht bescheid gegeben, dass um die Wohnung gebaut wird.
