Viele Hochs und Tiefs

Sehr schöner Garten und Poolbereich. Jedoch keine Sonnenschirme. Einem Meerblick gab es wohl einmal. Im Moment ist der Meerblick durch die Hecke des Nachbarn versperrt. Keine Insektenschutzgitter an den Fenster. Die Wohnung ist schlecht belüftet. Den modrigen Geruch bekommt man nicht raus da tagsüber wegen der warmen Temperaturen nicht gelüftet werden kann und abends wegen fehlender Insektenschutzgitter. Klimaanlage ist zwar vorhanden, jedoch lässt sie sich nicht unter 24 Grad einstellen.
