CUTE VILLA FOR RENT IN CALPE (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL. UP TO 6 PEOPLE.
LAY OUT : This villa counts with a surface of 272m2 divided in two floors. The access is by the upper floor which leads to a dining room with crystal dining table and wonderful views to the mountains. The dining room communicates with a living-dining room which has a nice leather sofa, a TV, a beautiful fireplace and a wooden dining table. The kitchen has two generous working surfaces to be comfortable while cooking and all the white goods you need. On the same floor we will also find two lovely bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with two single beds). The bathroom, with bathtub, is next to the bedrooms. The access to the bottom floor is by an inside staircase, on that floor there are a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.
EXTERIOR : A 949m2 fenced plot with outdoor 2 cars car park. We access to the property by a gate. The rectangular pool is just in front of the house and all around is its terrace with sunbeds and a covered dining area with built-in barbecue. We also find some nice shrubs and plants in the garden.
LOCATION : This villa is located in the Carrió area of Calpe, in its vicinity is the famous Puerto Deportivo de Les Basetes, a nice place for different water activities such as sailing, windsurfing, diving and fishing. Within a 1.8Km radius there are various services and some great restaurants as well as the lovely sandy beach of La Fosa.
