NICE VILLA IN CALPE (Costa Blanca), NEAR THE SEA FOR 4 PEOPLE.
LAYOUT: This beautiful villa is distributed in two levels connected by an exterior staircase, the ground floor is a closed garage. The main floor, which is the upper floor, consists of a living-dining room with a nice fireplace, a sofa and a friendly round table with chairs to enjoy meals surrounded by our friends and family and we can enjoy the Astra satellite TV. This bright living room connects with a bright terrace where we will find a table with chairs to enjoy outdoors but sheltered from the sun of delicious meals with beautiful views over the Peñón de Ifach. On this floor there is also an independent kitchen connected to the terrace and two bedrooms, the first one with a double bed and the second one with two single beds, one of the bedrooms has air conditioning. These beautiful rooms are connected to the luminous terrace with views over the village of Calpe, the swimming pool and the splendid Peñón de Ifach. There is also a bathroom with shower and a toilet.
OUTSIDE: The villa enjoys a beautiful tree-lined garden and a large terrace where we can enjoy our beautiful Costa Blanca sunshine lying on the sun loungers by the beautiful pool or enjoy the lounge chairs that also surround the pool. The villa has an outdoor shower by the pool for your comfort.
LOCATION: The villa is located in a quiet urbanization of Calpe at only 10 minutes from the beautiful sandy beach of La Fosa with its lively promenade, beach bars, restaurants and shops of all kinds. It is the perfect place to have a holiday in a quiet area but close to all the amenities for a fantastic holiday.
