In the quiet urbanization Ortembach this charming villa is situated on a plot of 1000 m2. The house is centrally located in a beautiful and well-kept garden with an illuminated private pool, several terraces and lots of privacy. Also available for long-term rental (longer than 1 month) for which rates are negotiable. You can contact us by mail.

The villa can accommodate up to 7 people and 1 child up to 2-3 years. For the 7th person, an extra bed can be added in the studio on request. It is light and tastefully decorated. There are a large number of good Dutch books (novels, thrillers etc.) and board games available.

On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with an extra-long King-size bed (180 x 210 cm.). Hairdryer available. The third bedroom (max. 3 beds) with a totally renovated luxury bathroom (2022) is located in the studio in the basement. The studio has its own entrance and can be reached from the outside. If you come with 2 families or older children, the studio offers extra privacy. All bedrooms are equipped with excellent air conditioning systems (hot / cold) and also equipped with mosquito nets and blackout curtains or shutters.
In the winter months the house is centrally heated with a gas-fired central heating system.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, an electric ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and a hand blender.
Ironing board and steam iron are available.
Your safety has also been thought of. There is a fire extinguisher and a smoke detector in the kitchen.

In the living room is the digital satellite TV that among others can receive channels from the Netherlands, England, Germany, Belgium and France and more. With the DENON receiver you can listen to your favorite music using Bluetooth. A chromecast is connected to the television which makes possible to download your own subscription as Netflix, You Tube etc.
The fireplace makes it extra cozy in the winter.
At the large dining table in the dining room, it is not only pleasant dining but you can also use the many board games that you have at your disposal. Both lounge chairs provide the opportunity for a siesta or to read a book.

Around the beautiful, illuminated pool there is plenty of room to relax on the sun beds or to roast a fish on the bbq.
You can also use a lovely outdoor shower (hot / cold).
On the roof terrace you can enjoy the view, see the Penon d 'Ifach and watch the stars in the evening.

Before your arrival you will receive the information booklet and directions to Casa Prudentia by mail. You will be welcomed at the Casa by Sonia, our enthusiastic hostess. Sonia will show you around the house. She is fluent in Spanish, German and English.
The beds are made for you on arrival.

Electricity consumption: The rental price includes an amount for the use of electricity, depending on the number of guests and the number of days. If the consumption is exceeded, the landlord may deduct the excess from the deposit. The settlement price is € 0.45/kWh.

Energy costs (winter) period 1 November-1 April:
Energy costs for electric, gas and water are charged according to consumption. An advance payment will be charged for the consumption of gas (heating), electricity and water, which must be paid on site. At the end of the rental period, the remaining credit will be refunded.
Wi-Fi is included.
