This is a continuation of our previous 5-star review: We stayed one month and loved it so much we came back for a 2nd month. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our entire stay. Not only is the house wonderful for family gatherings, it has a well-equipped, spacious kitchen with excellent counter-space to do prep-work for whole-group summer meals. The home's temperature control system is beyond excellent, and can handle anything including cold mornings from a Nor'easter, to those baking hot Long Island afternoons, so everyone in the house stays comfortable without thinking about it. Outside, the grill and the patio are relaxing and inviting. The living room, not only great for company, is also equally enjoyed by reading a book in solitude on the plush sofa while keeping an eye on all the drama happening with the bird-feeder outside. Who knew chipmunks were so devious? And, of course: A Sunset Hike on the beach is absolutely required (even after swimming during the day)! However, do not delude yourself: there are MANY expert photographers of local Boulders, Clouds, and Solar Magnificence. You will have stiff competition. The beauty of a NorthFork evening can not be described, or even captured by a pic. Although, we will have to keep trying.
