Gorgeous place, in a great location. Loved it!

We had the most brilliant time in this gorgeous house. The views over the valley and hills are beautiful. We loved watching the red kites and also seeing the planes take off and land from above (there are so few of them it is never disturbing). The house is spacious and we loved the style inside and out. The pool is great. a really good size for a family group to have great fun and shady spaces to read and relax. The location was perfect for us, 10 mins drive to Calvi in one direction and Arinella Beach the other and with the pretty town of Lumio in sight and very close. There is nowhere close to walk to to eat or buy food and the road is dark at night, but that was all fine for us. We enjoyed being away from it all and the fact that it was so easy to get to beaches, towns and supermarkets by car whenever we wanted that. Monika and Felipa were both really helpful whenever we needed anything. All in all a really great place and would definitely recommend.

1) accÚs compliqué manque de precision et d'assistance 2) maison 3 chambres trÚs bien salle de bains idem sauf celle ch pple dont la vasque est inutilisable ;pas d'écoulement de fabrication artsanale inutilisable le fond noir garanti la présence de bactéries ont se lave les dents à l'étage ou dans l'evier l'eau chaude ne fonctionnait pas sinon la literie trÚs bien ") coté cuisine c'est pas le luxe !! un réfrigérateur trop petit et poussif impossible conserver de la viande +1j mobilier archaique et vetuste une plaque électrique à nettoyer en arrivant pas de micro ondes 4) extérieurs : horrible les photos sont fausses ou date terrasse enbois salle à manger inutisable pas de possibilité d'ombre un parasol qui vous tombe dessus à la moindre brise; grande table en bois vetuste grand bancs en bois inconfortable sans coussinle tout sans protection et ayant été incendié bonjour les mains! pas d'endroit prévu pour plancha inexistante Pour la vue c'est exacte sauf un pylone en béton en plein milieu il y a logtemp que les vignes ont disparues et qu'une végétation sauvage a remplacée meme pas du maquis 5) la piscine bien à une centaine de m est un supebe endroit bassin et environnement bémol le mobilier salon de jardin et coin repas sous une tonnelle est inutilisable l'ensemble mobilier en fer est complÚtement rouillé Dans la location il n'éxiste aucune nappe aucune protection aucun coussin aucun matelas de transat conclusions + de 2000 euros la semaine = arnaque

Maison typique corse trÚs agréable, avec plusieurs terrasses avec une vue sur la montagne, superbe. La piscine est un peu plus loin mais cela ne dérange en rien. Magnifique piscine et jardin ! Merci, nous avons passé un super séjour.

Maison de charme avec quelques mauvaises surprises

Dans un premier temps, la maison est assez difficile d’accĂšs sans 4x4 (et sans google maps), chemin de terre trĂšs sinueux. TrĂšs jolie maison, toute Ă©quipĂ©e avec la piscine Ă  50m, trĂšs grande et belle terrasse. Malheureusement, pas pratique lorsqu’il pleut, puisque la maison prend l’eau d’un peu partout (dont une chambre avec sa salle de bain inondĂ©e de 2cm d’eau sur tout les sols). Nous avons dĂ» dormir dans le salon pendant 2 nuits. Nous n’avons pas eu de draps de rechange malgrĂ© la demande, (heureusement que nous avions emmener des plaid) nos amis ont dormi dans leur sacs de couchage tout le sĂ©jour. Nous avons eu du mal Ă  nous faire rembourser la premiĂšre nuit aprĂšs beaucoup de relances auprĂšs de la propriĂ©taire. Nous avons cependant passer un bon sĂ©jour dans cette maison grĂące au beau temps. Philippa la concierge est trĂšs accueillante, Ă  l’écoute et rĂ©active. Nous recommandons cette location, lorsque le climat reste chaud et sec.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt im liebevoll eingerichteten Haus und sehr schönem Garten mit sehr großen Salzwasserpool. Blick ĂŒber den nahen Flughafen, der aufgrund der Frequentierung aber kaum störend ist. EinkĂ€ufe in Fahrradentfernung erreichbar.

Corsica / Calvi

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage in der NĂ€he des Flughafens ist nicht störend, auch durchaus interessant. Keine nennenswerte LĂ€rmbelĂ€stigung - daher alles bestens. Das Objekt selbst ist zwischen Haus und Pool/Garten getrennt - ca. 200 Meter. Pool/Garten ist sehr liebevoll angelegt und total privat. Toller Pool, schönes und klares Wasser, alles gepflegt. Das Haus ist rustikal und mit Liebe zu Detail eingerichtet worden. Highlight ist sicher das Wohnzimmer mit tollem Blick. Leider ist der "Lack" bei vielen dingen im Haus bereits ab. Viele Schalter ohne Funktion, die KĂŒche funktioniert, hat aber schon bessere Zeiten erlebt. Das Schlafzimmer und Bad im ersten Stock ist durch eine enge Wendeltreppe zu erreichen - durchaus sportlich und fĂŒr kleinere Kinder eher ungeeignet. Unsere Woche in Calvi haben sehr genossen, das Preis- LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis in der Vor- oder Nachsaison ist noch in Ordnung.

Cadre idyllique

L'emplacement Ă  5 min de Calvi est parfait, au calme, malgrĂ© l'aĂ©roport de Calvi non loin. Le chemin d'accĂšs en terre est sinueux mais largement praticable! La piscine n'est pas aussi Ă©loignĂ©e que je pensais d'aprĂšs les autres commentaires, peut-ĂȘtre 150m. D'ailleurs l'amĂ©nagement extĂ©rieur de la piscine est idyllique, les plantes et arbustes trĂšs bien entretenus et la dĂ©coration est faite avec goĂ»t! Les extĂ©rieurs de la maison sont magnifiques, diffĂ©rentes petites terrasses, avec de belles fleurs, une belle vue sur les vignes et champs, aucun vis-Ă -vis. L'intĂ©rieur est agrĂ©able et suffisamment spacieux, toujours une belle dĂ©coration. Clim dans toutes les piĂšces, c'est agrĂ©able. Seuls petits bĂ©mols concernant l'entretien gĂ©nĂ©ral, il y avait plusieurs mobiliers d'extĂ©rieur cassĂ©s comme un salon de jardin et un grand parasol de piscine (Ă  priori Ă  cause de la tempĂȘte d'il y a un mois) et non remplacĂ©s ou au minimum enlevĂ©s pour ne pas gĂącher la beautĂ© du lieu. De plus, quelques finitions sont manquantes comme des interrupteurs dĂ©tachĂ©s, une poignĂ©e de porte mal vissĂ©e... c'est dommage pour un tel endroit et ça ne prend pas beaucoup de temps Ă  rĂ©parer. Nous recommandons cet endroit !

Je veux dĂ©jĂ  remercier Filipa et sa famille, car ils ont vraiment Ă©tĂ© top et fort sympathique durant notre sĂ©jour. Suite Ă  notre arrivĂ©e pas simple aprĂšs la tempĂȘte, pas d'Ă©lectricitĂ© etc....bref ils ont Ă©tĂ© lĂ . Merci encore Ă  eux. Suite Ă  ces problĂšmes, merci Ă  Veronica qui Ă  tout m'y en Ɠuvre pour nous trouver un point de chute en attendant le retour de l'electricitĂ©.Super point de chute en plus , merci encore, ça c'est trĂšs trĂšs pro, bravo. Et aussi Katia pour la piscine et pourtant elle avait bcp de travail Ă  cause de la tempĂȘte, bref merci Ă  toutes et tous pour çà, ça montre dĂ©jĂ  que vous ĂȘtes avec des gens de confiance, c'est rassurant Pour la villa , vue sur les montagnes, manques un peu d'Ă©clairage le soir. AĂ©roport de Calvi en ligne de mire, un peu de bruit d'avion mais c'est pas la fin du monde , c'est un petit aĂ©roport donc ça tourne le Week end et la semaine c'est beaucoup plus calme. La troisiĂšme chambres n'a pas d'accĂšs avec le bĂątiment principal, il faut sortir de la chambre pour aller Ă  la cuisine, salon, par exemple. Ce n'est pas grave en sois, nous sommes des adultes mais il est bien de le savoir. La maison, les Ă©quipements etc... tout est bien, il manque rien, c'est top. Super terrasse , la vue est jolie , c'est calme et cette petite bergerie est vraiment top, c'est reposant , ça dĂ©connecte. La piscine ne me semble pas loin, il y a 30metres mais ça donne un charme, cette espace cosy dans ce cadre de verdure , on a plutĂŽt apprĂ©ciĂ©. Oui si vous avez des enfants en bas Ăąges , il faut ĂȘtre avec eux bien Ă©videmment, vous ne pouvez pas les laisser seuls sans surveillance, mais aller prendre son cafĂ© la bas et lire un bouquin , ça Ă  son charme aussi. SĂ©jour super agrĂ©able, j'ai trop envi d'y retourner :) Et encore un grand merci Ă  toutes et tous.
