The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances and includes the indoor dining area leading onto another one floating over the pool. The villa is surrounded by manicured Mediterranean gardens surrounding a large 16 x 4 m saltwater pool.
On the first floor, there are two beautiful furnished terraces with generous sun loungers. The roof terrace enjoys magnificent sea and mountain views. El Sueño features hot/cold air conditioning, solar panels, built-in wardrobes, and a laundry room.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for your home office,TV in every room.
The property has a car port and parking for three cars.
Cala Vinyas is a sought-after area, thanks to its tranquility and picturesque beaches. The famous marinas of Puerto Portals and Port Adriano, several golf courses, beaches, and numerous entertainment options are just a short drive away, including Nikki Beach Club, Besó Beach, and Siso Beach.
