The house has three bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable double bed so you can rest peacefully. It also has three bathrooms, two of them with a bathtub, so you can enjoy a relaxing bath after a day at the beach or sightseeing.



In the fully equipped kitchen, you will find everything you need to prepare delicious meals and dinners at home. And if you like outdoor cooking, you can\'t miss the built-in barbecue right next to the pool. Prepare a delicious dinner while enjoying the sunset!

*This property is located in a residential area, which is why only families or groups of responsible people who want peace and quiet are accepted, young groups will not be accepted.

- Smoking is prohibited inside the property. If you wish to smoke, you can do so outside and make sure not to leave cigarette butts on the ground.



- Keep the order and cleanliness at all times.



- You will be responsible for the waste generated during your stay. Please separate the waste into the corresponding containers and place it in the designated area.



- Use the air conditioning and/or heating responsibly. Turn it off when you are not at home or when it is not necessary. Also, make sure to close the windows and doors so that the cold or hot air does not escape.



- Parties or events are not allowed in the house. If you want to have visitors, please do so in moderation and respect the house rules.
