The property is located in the area of Son Ferrer, in Calviá, just a short drive away from the island's capital Palma. The comfortable villa consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 with two single beds each and 1 with a double bed) as well as 2 bathrooms and a half-bath; therefore accommodating up to 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a television and a highchair. Relax in your private garden and have a glass of wine by the pool while sunbathing under the spanish sun. You can also prepare delicious meals with your grill and enjoy the beauty of the mediterranean starry sky at night. The closest supermarket is a 5-minute walk away (400 m) and many restaurants, bars and cafes can also be reached within a short walking distance in the neighborhood. Palma is 20 km away (20 min by car). The nearest beach is Platja del Toro, at about 2,5 km. Many other beautiful beaches can also be reached within a 10-minute drive from the property.
