Located on the third floor of a residential complex equipped with a lift, it consists of: large living room with sea view, kitchen with kitchenette, service balcony, double bedroom with sea view, bedroom with two single beds, baby bed (on request) and bathroom with shower. .

Receptive for four guests, it is equipped with independent heating system, air conditioning system and WiFi Internet connection

The structure is fully furnished with refinement and elegance and is equipped with every necessary equipment for a pleasant holiday.

Convenient and comfortable beach condo

Great location for visiting Lido di Camaiore and Viareggio. Owner met us there and was very helpful in explaining everything. Nice to have a reserved parking space off the street! Lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Fun to stroll along the promenade next to the beach. You can also ride bikes. Just be sure and communicate w the owner about the total number of beds your party will be using.

Eine schönes Wohnung, sehr zentral gelegen - sowohl zu weiteren Zielen in der Umgebung als auch im Ort, sehr freundlöicher Vermieter, Tiefgarage mit extra Garage super, Aufzug in Haus, Haus/Wohnung aber kaum isoliert, d. h. bei kaltem Wind kalte Wohnung, auch wegen diverser Lokale bis in die tiefe Nacht zu laut, direkt vor dem Haus Bauarbeiten, sehr enge Dusche, Grundsauberkeit nur relativ (satub überall, Geschirr klebrig). Insgesamt: für aktiven Urlaub zu empfehlen.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole. Schöne Wohnung an toller Lage!

Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es hat alles was man braucht. Das Vermieterpaar ist sehr herzlich, man kann sie jederzeit kontaktieren und sie helfen einem weiter. Die Garage für das Auto ist top, gerade am Wochenende findet man keine (kostenpflichtigen!) öffentlichen PP. Wir kommen sicher wieder zu Fabrizio und seiner herzlichen Familie, dann aber im Herbst oder Frühling, es war sehr heiss!! Vielen Dank für alles!

Versilia con primavera tardiva

Poco prima di Pasqua , ho trascorso con la mia famiglia una settimana di vacanza nell'appartamento Libeccio. E'stata una bella esperienza che sicuramente ripeteremo. Il proprietario ci ha fatto trovare l'appartamento perfettamente riscaldato. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dalla vista del mare che si poteva osservare dal soggiorno e dalla camera da letto matrimoniale. L'appartamento è così vicino alla spiaggia che di notte è possibile sentire il rumore delle onde. L' arredamento dell'appartamento e la disponibilità del proprietario hanno reso la nostra vacanza davvero piacevole Raffaella C.

schöne Ferienwohnung in Strandnähe

Wie die Foto's schon zeigen eine schöne, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung sehr zentral gelegen. Man ist in wenigen Minuten am kilometerlangen Sandstrand. Garage ist Gold wert. Die Lage ist ideal um auch Ausflüge nach Lucca und Pisa zu machen. Wir waren zu Dritt mit Hund 2 Wochen im Juni dort und haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Es war auch noch nicht zu voll. ich vermute das es im Juli und August deutlich voller sin wird. Als Kritikpunkte sehe ich wie schon mehrmals geschrieben die sehr schmalle Dusche und der Straßenlärm (Motorräder) vor allem am Wochenende. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

A due passi dal mare - consigliamo!

Con la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso 12 bellissimi giorni di vacanza durante la pausa di Natale 2016-2017. L'appartamento del Sig. Fabrizio è in una posizione davvero strategica: giri l'angolo, percorri il marciapiede per una cinquantina di metri, attraversi una strada di lungomare poco trafficata e sei praticamente in spiaggia! Spiaggia larghissima, per spaziare davvero senza problemi di sovraffollamento (non posso dire come sia ad Agosto, non essendoci mai stata). E' bellissima peraltro la passeggiata di lungomare, che i nostri bimbi hanno percorso in lungo e in largo con pattini, monopattini e skateboard. L'appartamento è adatto ad una famiglia con bambini: non ci sono pericoli, non troppi oggetti in giro, e soprattutto il salone è bello grande e con parquet. Il bagno è molto piccolo, ma non è stato un problema. Utile anche il balconcino di servizio con la lavatrice per il marito fumatore. Ringraziamo il Sig. Fabrizio per la cortesia e soprattutto per la flessibilità degli orari di check-in e check-out. Torneremo in futuro! Consigliato!

Tolle Lage

Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten und eingerichtet. Tolle Lage zu Strand und sehr guter Infrastruktur. Der Vermieter, Herr Palumbo, zeigte sich sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Prima auch der abgeschlossene Garagenplatz in der Tiefgarage. Kleine Abzüge nur für den Duschvorhang und den etwas muffugen Geruch in einzelnen Schränken. Bei einem erneuten Besuch der Versilia kommen wir gerne wieder! Familie Christmann

Schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Diese Wohnung gemietet zu haben war ein Volltreffer. Sie ist wie auf den Abbildungen zu sehen stimmungsvoll eingerichtet und hat alles, was eine Ferienwohnung bieten sollte. Und dieses in einem guten Zustand Absolut wertvoll ist der Garagenplatz, da besonders zu Saison-Zeiten im Umraum kein (kostenpflichtiger!) Parkraum zu finden gewesen wäre! Die Lage der Wohnung ist regional perfekt. Sowohl in der Ortschaft Lido di Camaiore als auch in der Region ist alles schnell und einfach erreichbar. Und in 2 Minuten ist der öffentliche Strand zu Fuß erreichbar, der ebenfalls sauber ist. Die Wohnung wurde uns sauber und aufgeräumt übergeben. Der Vermieter erwartete zwar pünktliches Erscheinen, aber das war in der Vor-Kommunikation nicht eindeutig erkennbar gewesen. Er hat, bedingt durch die Anreise, eben 5 Stunden auf uns gewartet und es uns am Ende auch nicht wirklich übel genommen. Die Rückgabe erfolgte pünktlich und stressfrei. Generell ist der Vermieter sehr zuvorkommend und bietet seine Hilfe und Unterstützung gerne an, wenn man diese benötigt. War in unserem Fall nicht weiter erforderlich gewesen, aber wir hatten keinen Zweifel, dass er sich gekümmert hätte, wenn was angestanden hätte. Und wer sich nicht so gut auskennt, kann sich gute und wertvolle Ratschläge beim Vermieter einholen. Ein, zwei Anmerkungen sollten gestattet sein, weil es eben so ist: Einen Meerblick gibt es wenn nur im Winter, wenn die Bäume keine Blätter tragen. Aber der Ausblick selber ist keine Katastrophe. Der Balkon ist wie von anderen Besuchern schon beschrieben eher eine zum "Innenhof" gewandte Aussen-Abstellkammer, auf der auch die Waschmaschine weilt. Wäscheständer aufklappen und das war es dann auch mit begehbarer Fläche. Und zuletzt sei die Dusche erwähnt, die in ihrer Grundfläche doch recht eng daher kommt. Das sind aber Fakten, die dem Wohlfühl-Faktor der Wohnung keinen grossen Abbruch bescheren! Von unserer Seite eine klare Empfehlung. Wenn wir mal wieder der Toskana einen Besuch abstatten sollten, werden wir sicherlich diesen Ort als erstes Domizil in Erwägung ziehen.

Perfekte Lage, wunderschön eingerichtet

Das Apartment ist wunderschön, sauber, geräumig, italienisch-edel eingerichtet. Der Vermieter ist sehr sympathisch, pünktlich, hilfsbereit ohne sich aufzudrängen. Eine Straße gequert, und man ist am breiten Strand. Die Lage ist im kleinen wie im großen Radius perfekt, Florenz, Pisa, Lucca, Carrara, La Spezia/Porto Venere etc. bieten sich als Tagesausflüge an. Im April für Hund und Hundebesitzer ein Traum, denn der weite und kilometerlange Strand ist noch frei von jeglichen Sonnenschirmen und Liegestühlen. Austoben erlaubt! Dennoch haben Geschäfte und genügend Restaurants um die Ecke bereits offen, man kann auch bis Viareggio Zentrum gut laufen. Der Balkon ist allerdings nur eine Freiluft-Abstellkammer, dafür sind die Fenster des Wohnzimmers zum Süden weit zu öffnen, wodurch ein "Balkon-Effekt" erreicht werden kann. Die Dusche ist gut, schätzungsweise allerdings für Personen über 100 kg zu eng. Die Betten sind wunderbar, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, das Auto kann in einer Tiefgarage in einer einzeln verschlossenen Einheit geparkt werden. Rundum eine echte Empfehlung.

sehr sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Meine Frau und unsere Tochter waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Die Lage ist perfekt, es hatten noch nicht alle Geschäfte offen, trotzdem war die Auswahl an Restaurant`s riesig. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts. Herr Palumbo war sehr nett und freundlich. Ich kann diese Wohnung jedem empfehlen. Ich möchte mich an dieser Stelle auch bei Herrn Palumbo für die schöne Woche bedanken! Und ich hoffe wir schaffen es nächste Jahr wieder. Sollten wir wieder in die Toskana reisen werden wir sicher wieder diese Ferienwohnung buchen.

sehr emphehlenswert

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Es ist Alles vorhanden. Auf Wunsch erhält man die Bettwäsche gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis. Die Heizung kann man selbst regulieren und bezahlt Strom und Gas am Ende des Aufenthalts. Der Besitzer, Fabrizio ist sehr pünktlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Er ist für Anregegungen und Auskünfte bzgl. Kultur, Sport und Ausflüge stets ein kompetenter Ansprechspartner. In Pisa und Lucca ist man mit dem Auto in 25 Minuten, in Florenz in 1 1/2 Stunden. Die Wohung ist an bester Lage, nur ca. 50 Meter vom breiten, kilometerlangen Sandstrand entfernt. Entlang der Promenade gibt es ein Restaurant nach dem Anderen; nur wenige haben in dieser Jahreszeit geöffnet; also wenig Touristen. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind um die Ecke.
