Charming former convent of the 15th century with pool area for the exclusive use of guests and glimpse of the sea, just 13km from the sandy stretches of Lido di Camaiore and Viareggio.

The area is ideal for visiting not only the beaches of Lido di Camaiore, Viareggio the city of carnival or the fashionable Forte dei Marmi (21km), but also for visiting Carrara with its precious marble (50km), the city of sculptors and statues Pietrasanta (16km). Nature and sports lovers can enjoy themselves between the Antro del Corchia (34km) cave located in the Apuan Alps Park where its 70km of tunnels and wells make it the most important karst complex in Italy, the Grotta del Vento (61km) making a stop in Colonnata for the lard and the paths of Lake Massaciuccoli (15km) where it is possible to see the ruins of the Roman baths. From the Lido you also have access to the 20km cycle path that connects the towns of Versilia. For art lovers, a stop in Pisa (32km) with its famous leaning tower, Lucca (20km) the city of towers and Florence (101km) is a must. For the little ones, the city of Collodi, home of Pinocchio, is 35 km away. During the summer, a boat leaves from Viareggio to visit the Cinque Terre.

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
The dwelling that has been converted into a semi-detached house, enjoys an independent entrance and consists of two floors. There are 3 external steps and 14 internal steps. On the ground floor there is a small living room with a sofa bed and a bathroom; on the first floor there is a large kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms and a second bathroom. The furnishings have been taken care of by combining elements of the 1700s with ceramics created by the property. All around is available a large garden (partly terraced and fenced) and park with olive trees. Swimming pool and outdoor area for dinners with outdoor kitchen are for the exclusive use of guests.

The swimming pool is open and available from May 15th to September 15th.
(Pool length 7 meters -- Pool width 3 meters -- Pool depth 1 meter and 20 centimeters).
For hygiene reasons, wearing a swim cap is mandatory, and applying sunscreen before entering the pool is not allowed.

On site it is possible to book (for a fee) catering for a typical Tuscan dinner or events.
