Historic and artistic villa dating back to 1614, once the summer residence of ancient noble families from Lucca. It is surrounded by a large park with various types of flowering and fruit trees, including camellias, citrus trees, palms, banana trees, and olive trees. Situated on a small hill, it offers a splendid panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. The villa, arranged over three levels, is easily accessible via a large driveway with a gate and an ancient frescoed arch, as well as a convenient shaded parking area. In the park, you will find an oval swimming pool surrounded by a lawn equipped with sunbeds, deck chairs, table, and armchairs. The pool, 12 meters long, 5 meters wide, and 1.35 meters deep, is open from May to September, depending on weather conditions.
