O Hotel Pico 16 foi uma ótima experiência. Quarto extremamente confortável, limpo, moderno e com uma Jacuzzi legítima, o que torna a estadia sensacional. Conceição nos recebeu com um sorriso no rosto e com uma simpatia que nos acolhe, aliás, todo quadro de funcionários que tivemos interação foram 100%. Uma delícia de lugar. A Conceição é uma excelente anfitriã. Os funcionários são muito prestativos, você se sente em casa, mesmo sendo um luxo de lugar. Impecavel, mas pode melhorar

Estadia impecável. O Hotel é lindo, bem localizado, bem administrado, limpo etc. Dois pontos que precisam melhorar é a qualidade do wifi e ausência de ar condicionado (numa das tardes que estivemos no Hotel estava quente e nao tinha o aparelho). Alem disto, também nao tem qualquer servico de quarto.
