T1 Bis in Cambo-les-Bains with Parking and Internet

Located on the ground floor of a residence, this apartment comprises a 20m² living room with a lounge area, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen; one bedroom with a double bed (140cm); a living/dining room with a sofa bed (not a sofa bed); and a bathroom with a toilet. There is also a terrace, private parking, and a bicycle storage area. Pets are not allowed. Internet access is available. Smoking is permitted outside (on the terrace). Bed linen and towels are not provided (this service is available for a fee; please contact the agency at the time of booking). The apartment must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available upon departure). An inventory of fixtures is carried out at the beginning of each departure (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code). Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report any issues they feel are not up to standard or anything our staff may have overlooked. If guests depart on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory will be conducted by the agency the day before their departure. This inspection will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the case of a pre-inspection, the security deposit will be cancelled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.
