Apartment located on the 1st floor (no elevator) of a recent building. Large, warm and spacious duplex studio. Living/dining area with a dining space (table and chairs). The living area includes a sofa (not a sofa bed), a coffee table, and a sideboard (TV). The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, storage, cookware, microwave, and conventional oven. An adjoining utility room houses the fridge-freezer and washing machine. Sleeping area on the mezzanine (attic space): a 160 x 200 cm bed with a desk and two bedside tables (plus storage). PETS ALLOWED (maximum 2). Large terrace. INTERNET ACCESS - PRIVATE PARKING SPACE. Bed linen and towels are not provided (available for a fee upon request from the agency). The rental must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available). An inventory is taken at the start of each departure. Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they feel is not up to standard or anything our staff may have missed. If a departure is within a certain timeframe, the inventory will be taken. On Sundays, public holidays, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a pre-inspection will be carried out by the agency the day before departure. In the latter case, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually left.
Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:
- End-of-stay cleaning for a one-bedroom apartment: €44.
- Bed linen (double bed): €20.
- Towels/person/week: €8.
