Ideal for families & professionals, the house benefits from tastefully designed interiors, bright rooms, garden and free parking.

Arranged on 3 floors with 4 bedrooms and 1 family bathroom, 1 ensuite & 1 WC, back garden, fully equipped kitchen and fully furnished lounge with TV & brand new furniture.

On the ground floor, there is WC, laundry room & a bedroom with single bed and a bedside table and a door opening into the back garden.

On the 1st floor, the kitchen is fitted with appliances including hob with grill and oven, fridge–freezer and microwave. The kitchen is fully functional from day one!
