Our townhouse is 10 mins drive from town centre, 7 mins drive from biomedical campus, Papworth and Addenbrokes hospitals and 3 mins drive from Park and Ride, Waitrose & Grantchester.

Ideal for families & professionals, the house benefits from tastefully designed interiors, bright rooms, big windows, garden and an allocated onsite free parking.

Arranged on 3 floors with 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, 1 WC, back garden, fully equipped kitchen and fully furnished lounge with TV and brand new furniture.

On the ground floor, the kitchen is fitted with appliances including a gas hob with electric oven, integrated dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave & oven. There is a cutlery, basic pans, wine & water glasses required for your visit.

The lounge has two sofa beds, coffee table and TV. There is also a lounge glass door which open into a private garden where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a drink in the evening! The glass top dining table with 4 chairs is kept on the other side of the lounge.

There is a WC on the ground floor too!

There is high speed WIFI available throughout the house.

On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms with four single beds, 2 bedside tables with 2 small table lamps as well as clothes hanger with cover.

There is also a family bathroom with a bath, shower and a toilet.

The master bedroom with king size bed, one bedside table with a small table lamp is located on the 2nd floor. There are also 2 chairs with coffee table which are placed on the other side of the bedroom.

There is also an ensuite attached to the master bedroom.

The 4th bedroom has a double sofa bed which can be used to sit in the day time or as a bed at night!

Lastly, there is also private parking bay available where one car can be parked!
